What if I run out before the month ends?
Top up with a credit pack (it never expires) or move up a plan. Plan credits refill at the start of each cycle.
Do unused plan credits roll over?
No — plan credits reset to your plan amount on your renewal date and don’t carry into the next period. Welcome credits included with your first subscription work the same way: they’re part of that first period’s allotment. Credit packs you buy separately never expire, and plan credits are always spent first so your packs last.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
Yes — manage everything from your billing portal. Upgrades take effect right away.
What happens to my work and credits if I cancel?
Everything you created stays yours and stays readable — you keep access to open and export your articles, versions, and brand profiles. Purchased credits stay on your account indefinitely; unused plan credits lapse with the period. Creating new work needs an active subscription, so your purchased credits wait for you and become spendable again the moment you resubscribe. Unused credits aren’t refunded or paid out in cash.
